These General Terms govern the use of artiksport.store and the purchase of products through it. By placing an order you accept these terms, so we recommend reading them before buying.

1. Who we are

The ArtikSport store is owned by Ismael Garrido, Tax ID (NIF) 54953465W, with address at Calle Gabriela Mistral, 11, 46900 Torrent (Valencia), Spain. Contact email: ismaelgarrido9310@gmail.com.

2. Who can buy

To buy you must be of legal age or have your parents' or guardians' permission, and provide true and complete information.

3. Products

We describe our products as accurately as possible. Images are for guidance: colour may vary slightly depending on your screen, and the design or logo of some details (such as the velcro tab) may differ slightly from the photos without affecting the product's features. Our knee sleeves are compression sports supports, not medical devices. If you have an injury, consult a healthcare professional before using them.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros (or in your local currency when the store shows it) and include the applicable VAT for shipments within the European Union. Shipping costs are shown before you complete your purchase. For shipments outside the European Union, import taxes or duties may apply at destination; these are not included in the price and are paid by the recipient.

5. Purchase process

To buy, add products to your cart, enter your shipping details, choose the shipping and payment method and confirm the order. You will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your purchase, which constitutes acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of an obvious pricing error, lack of availability or suspected fraud; in that case we will fully refund any amount charged.

6. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed through secure gateways; ArtikSport does not store your full card details.

7. Shipping

Shipping times and prices by area are detailed in our Shipping policy. Times are estimates and may be affected by the carrier, customs or force majeure.

8. Right of withdrawal and returns

If you are a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from receiving the product to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. The conditions and procedure are detailed in our Returns policy.

9. Warranty

Products come with the legal guarantee of conformity provided by Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users): 3 years from delivery. If the product shows a lack of conformity, write to us at ismaelgarrido9310@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we will offer repair, replacement or, where appropriate, a price reduction or refund. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

10. Liability

ArtikSport will be liable for damages attributable to it under the law. It will not be liable for improper use of the products or for delays or incidents caused by third parties beyond its control. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to consumers by law.

11. Intellectual property

All website content (texts, images, design and brand) belongs to Ismael Garrido or is used with permission and may not be reproduced without authorisation.

12. Data protection

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may modify these terms at any time. The terms in force on the date of your order will apply.

14. Applicable law, complaints and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you have any complaint, please write to us first at ismaelgarrido9310@gmail.com and we will look for a solution. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence and to the available out-of-court consumer dispute resolution systems.
