We prepare each order within 1 to 3 business days. As soon as it ships, we email you the tracking number.

Times are estimates and count from dispatch. During high-volume periods (Black Friday, Christmas) they may be a few days longer.
Countries we do not ship to
We currently do not ship to the United States, Brazil or Germany. Only the countries we ship to are shown at checkout.
Customs and taxes
For shipments within the European Union the price includes taxes and you will not pay anything else on delivery. For shipments outside the European Union, the destination country's customs may charge import taxes or duties; these charges are not included in the price and are paid by the recipient.
Delays and incidents
ArtikSport is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs or force majeure. If your order is very late or tracking does not update, write to us through our contact page and we will look into it.
